Job Summary As a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll focus on developing and executing marketing strategies for our Security and Alarm Brands. You'll work closely with the Sr. Marketing Director and multiple subsidiary companies' marketing, sales, product, operations, and customer management teams to ensure successful campaign launches, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic and tactical approach to marketing, with a focus on B2B software solutions and a passion for ensuring successful planning and execution of marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Growth Opportunities: Assess and identify growth opportunities for new or existing subsidiary products, strategize marketing, sales, or product programs, and execute or coordinate resources for successful execution. Customer Insights: Continuously invest in understanding customer pain points and their strategic objectives, and inform relevant marketing messaging, campaigns, and initiatives. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns through demand & lead gen, ABM, cross-sell initiatives, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement strategies, and onboarding/retention strategies across multiple subsidiary companies. Marketing Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and measure campaign efficacy. Project Management: Oversee all marketing projects and manage the coordination of weekly/bi-weekly check-in meetings with subsidiary shared services teams to track project progress and collaborate on key deliverables. Marketing Assets: Manage the creation of various marketing assets such as website content and optimizations, email content and campaigns, landing pages, sales enablement tools, and marketing automation workflows. B2B Content Marketing: Drive B2B content marketing strategy as an inbound marketing tactic that brings customers to owned channels to generate demand and leads. Event Marketing: Partner with event and tradeshow teams to drive tradeshow execution and associated marketing campaigns to ensure successful lead-generating events. Martech Platforms: Leverage Martech platforms to drive execution of email, webinars, campaign execution, and tracking and sales enablement. Requirements Essential Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing. Experience: 5-7 years of digital marketing or product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B market. Marketing Campaigns: Prior management of marketing campaigns in a performance marketing environment. Lead Generation: Proven accountability for lead generation, marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue, full-funnel growth, and associated KPIs. Data Analysis: Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail. Organization: Exceptional organization & project management skills. Communication: Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Experience: Previous professional experience or advanced knowledge of Physical Security & Alarm industry. Martech Expertise: Expertise in Marketo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Sendoso, or Qualtrics. Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 USD Per Year.
