Key Responsibilities: Initiate contact with potential candidates through outgoing calls, leveraging leads from various sources including tele-recruiting efforts and our extensive databases. Serve as a trusted advisor to nursing hiring managers, providing guidance that aligns with facility recruitment policies, HR procedures, and employment law. Source and place qualified candidates with our clients across the nation, maintaining an up-to-date database of potential candidates. Foster professional relationships with healthcare workers, acting as a career counselor and placement advisor throughout their tenure with our company. Negotiate employment terms with candidates, presenting offers that meet their needs and expectations. Address and resolve employment issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure candidate and client satisfaction. Employ sales strategies tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals, driving recruitment efforts forward. Meet and exceed daily recruitment quotas, demonstrating productivity and a results-driven approach. Conduct reference verifications to ensure the integrity of our placement process. Requirements and Experience: To thrive in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a two or four-year degree is preferred.
