Position Overview As a Customer Success Associate - Remote Client Support Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding support and service. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a remote team environment, and build strong relationships with clients. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively to meet client needs and deadlines. Client Support Experience: Prior client support or related experience is preferred but not required; a strong passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships is essential. Preferred Qualifications: Insurance Industry Experience: Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, ticketing systems, and other client support tools is a plus.
