The Role: Kinective Media Account Executive As a Kinective Media Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving omnichannel marketing success for global brands. Leveraging your extensive digital media expertise and consultative selling approach, you'll present best-in-class marketing campaigns that drive positive business results. You'll work holistically across the US advertising community, generating sales opportunities and driving adoption of a broad range of advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities: Proactively uncover new business opportunities and build deep relationships with key agency and client decision-makers to manage end-to-end sales processes with minimal oversight. Leverage previous experience to exceed independent sales targets with a high level of client satisfaction, expansion, and retention. Identify and implement omnichannel media planning, measurement solutions, data strategy, and identity solutions that drive client activation and product adoption. Use a creative and consultative selling approach, leveraging data to provide relevant insights, anticipate needs, and craft multi-pronged solutions that solve client challenges and drive business objectives. Build and manage effective account growth plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders, senior agency executives, and client decision-makers to drive incremental revenue. Troubleshoot, address, and resolve client issues, pain points, or concerns with care, demonstrating responsiveness and a commitment to partnership. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of outside digital media/ad tech sales experience and client-facing partner management, with 4-8 years of relevant experience. Experience building new customer relationships and working with agency leadership to establish partnership plans to close sales and generate revenue. A proven track record of building and managing a cross-channel, multi-million dollar advertising business. Deep understanding of ad industry challenges, measurement, and identity-based marketing solutions. Strong knowledge of the ad industry and programmatic landscape (video & cross-channel), with specific expertise in omnichannel media planning best practices, measurement solutions, data strategy, and identity solutions. The ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers. Previous experience working with cross-functional teams on go-to-market opportunities (sales, product, marketing, measurement). Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having the following qualifications will make you a stronger candidate: Experience in the travel or media industry. Knowledge of the airline industry and loyalty programs. A proven track record of success in a similar role.
