As a Senior Paid Social Manager, you’ll take full ownership of 2–3 key client accounts while managing and developing 2–3 team members. You’ll be hands-on with campaign strategy and execution, while also supporting your team in hitting performance goals and growing professionally. We’re now looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team and take ownership of acquisition strategy and execution for a range of high-growth D2C e-commerce brands. This role offers autonomy, fast responsibility, and the chance to work with exciting brands. You’ll be empowered to make strategic and creative decisions that directly impact our clients’ performance and our agency’s success. You’ll manage large media budgets, use market-leading tools like Triple Whale and Motion, and be fully responsible for hitting client growth KPIs such as CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and paid spend efficiency. RequirementsYou will lead strategy and delivery for 2–3 high-value D2C eCommerce clients while managing and supporting a small team. Your job is to drive growth—through smart planning, efficient spend, creative iteration, and proactive client communication.
