The successful candidate will be responsible for turning our brightest ideas into reality by building well tested, performant, best in class features. Finally, they will identify areas of risk in the code and drive initiatives to give LTK’s users the best experience possible in our apps. 2 Apps: LTK Consumer App andLTK Creator AppOur consumer app is used monthly by millions of users. How you will make an impactCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop sophisticated iOS functionalityWrite effective code that demonstrates best practices Lead projects by organizing work , delegating, unblocking teammates while maintaining coding standardsIdentify and address performance issues, memory leaks, and other bottlenecksParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the development of coding standardsStay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies and trends and apply them to development as appropriateWhat you will bring to LTK6+ years of experience in developing and delivering high-quality iOS applicationsExpert-level knowledge of SwiftUI and UIKitStrong experience with iOS SDK and XcodeSolid understanding of iOS application architecture and design patternsExperience with automated testing frameworks such as XCTest and Swift TestingFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, tools, and best practicesExperience in working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formatsExperience with iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and modern concurrency paradigmsStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsA mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgencyDedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellenceAdaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environmentA growth mindset and openness to feedbackPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with agile development methodologiesContributions to open source projectsExperience using AI to enhance both developer productivity (e.g. code generation, testing, automation) and user-facing experiences (e.g. personalized interfaces, on-device intelligence, ML-driven features); comfortable evaluating and integrating AI APIs, models, and tooling.
