[ad_1] Job Description: Summary:Leads a team in successful implementations of UKG WFM. Partners with clients document business requirements and use cases on how solutions will be utilized. Assists clients in the assessment and implementation of various UKG modules, devices, and/or solutions. Evaluates client needs, provides industry specific best practices, and designs configurations that support business processes. Develop projects plans and leads team on delivery and implementation. Assists team with configuration of systems to the client's specifications and provides guidance. Develops testing plans and oversee troubleshooting techniques to complete final system configurations. Ensures the delivery of training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. Duties and Responsibilities Our expectation is that you model the core values by which the Client operates:Always demonstrate professional and ethical behaviorProvides exceptional value to our clientsProvides the highest quality of service through your workContributes to making Client a great place to workContributes to helping make our communities better places to live Responsibilities:Have at least 2 certifications in UKG Pro WFM modules, Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Absence Management, Forecasting, Optimized Scheduling, and have familiarity with BoomiWorking in the full lifecycle of a UKG Pro WFM project or workstream including, Assessments, Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover and SupportWorking with the project team and leading client workshops, discovery and design sessions to understand their business challenges, objectives, and needs. Document, analyze, test and modify WFM system based on and related to client and system design specificationsTake responsibility for delivering project work and designing the work effortBe able to carry on a dialogue with the client to explain the UKG solutionProactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutionsProvide strategic guidance to clients regarding the adoption and optimization of UKG products to enhance HR processes, workforce management, and employee experienceLead, mentor, and collaborate with other consultants and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of UKG solutionsAct as the go-to expert on UKG solutions within the organization, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and clients. Participate in client presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of UKG solutions and how they address client needs. Develop customized solutions based on client requirements, ensuring that the UKG products are leveraged to their full potential to solve client problems and achieve business objectives. Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specificationsEnsure project hours is in line with budgetEnsure delivery of training and end-user support during and after the implementation processPrepares and participates in pre-sales product demonstrationsDevelopment of weekly status and client presentations as requiredKeep abreast of new technologies that provide efficiency gains for our clients' businessesPrimarily Remote Work, but minimal travel (10% - 20%) may be required for certain clients, and sometimes independently, throughout the US and Internationally Competencies:SME in many of the following solutions: WTK, WFM, WFS, ESS, WAM, ATK, WDM, SDM and Paragon. Conducts client engagements including client staff and internal teams; effectively interact and communicate directly with clientsDemonstrates sufficient business knowledge to prioritize daily activitiesAssists in the development of comprehensive presentations at the appropriate level of detail to explain business requirements and the technical solutions that support themWorking knowledge of database design and business intelligence tools for the purpose of investigation and problem solvingDemonstrates ability to assess and solve problems quicklyDemonstrates strong Excel-based abilities, including data analysis and data manipulation techniques in support of translating client data into system requirementsFlexibility to work alternative hours, including evenings and weekends, when required based on project demands. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or relevant experienceFive or more years of experience in Workforce Management Systems (UKG, ADP)Experience with labor management, forecasting, scheduling, budgeting and task management systemsExcellent knowledge and functional capabilities with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and OutlookAbility to speak and present yourself well with client project teamsStrong work ethic and capability to work independentlyStrong communication and presentation skillsEmployers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
