Proactively advise and lead multiple communication strategies for technical areas. Leads marketing and organizational change moments around product launches and customer/stakeholder impacting changes/updates. Host large infoshares and focus groups with various audiences. Frequently partner and consult with stakeholders to understand and deliver on priorities. Build survey program through a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods. Design communication and marketing roadmap for the ITSM/Risk organization. Partner with internal UX/UI team to deliver best in class training & marketing material. Contribute to setting the direction for the ongoing maturation of ServiceNow to ensure maximum effectiveness. American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
