Location: East Coast Axonius is hiring a Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager to lead programs that equip our pre-sales engineers, technical account managers, and customer success teams with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the field. This role is critical in ensuring that customer-facing technical teams are aligned, skilled, and ready to articulate the value of Axonius across use cases. You will develop onboarding programs, product readiness plans, certifications, and ongoing learning initiatives that scale across global teams. This role requires a strong blend of program management, technical acumen, and enablement expertise. ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage technical enablement programs for pre-sales and post-sales technical rolesAssist on onboarding design and execution to accelerate time-to-readiness for new hiresTranslate product features into field-relevant technical training and enablementCollaborate with PM, Tech SMEs, and Product Marketing to create scalable contentDrive role-based certifications and learning paths in partnership with the Academy teamDevelop and maintain tech enablement content in platforms such as LMS, CMS, and lab environmentsFacilitate live enablement sessions and coordinate cross-functional workshops and hands-on labsTrack program effectiveness using KPIs like ramp time, enablement completion, and certification pass ratesBuild tight feedback loops with the field to ensure enablement content remains relevant and effectivePartner with Sales Enablement to ensure alignment between technical and non-technical field learningQualifications6-8 years of experience in technical enablement, field training, or in roles such as pre-sales engineering or technical account management at a tech company (preferably SaaS)Deep understanding of the pre-sales and post-sales customer journey in B2B enterprise softwareProven success building and delivering enablement programs for technical rolesComfortable working cross-functionally with SMEs, PMs, and GTM leaders to translate complex topicsExperience with LMS and lab platforms (e.g., Skilljar, CloudLabs, LearnUpon, Strigo, etc.)Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to lead sessions with technical audiencesProject management skills and the ability to run multiple initiatives concurrentlyExperience working with cybersecurity, IT management, or infrastructure/SaaS tools is a strong plusAxonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages.
