About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our FP&A Capabilities Center team. As a Finance Manager, you will be a leader in developing new processes, driving change, and creating a productive and agile working model. You will be responsible for leading planning and analysis for complex cross-functional projects, working across the FP&A CC team, coordinating with peer Finance teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver business cases and recommendations. Own, design, and deliver complex analysis to support key business initiatives and decisions. Present management reports regarding initiatives, projects, and programs. Lead Strategic Planning and QIP process for Corporate G&A capabilities. Foster cross-functional relationship management across FP&A CC teams and stakeholders. Provide coaching to team members and stakeholders. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting. You will also need to have: Proven experience in contributing to and leading cross-functional teams. Intermediate experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business planning. Process improvement management experience. Experience in presenting recommendations to decision-makers. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have: Advanced experience in financial analysis, modeling, and business planning. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple work streams and priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to project management and change management processes.
