Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Taking new applications and processing payments via phone Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries Updating and changing account holder information Basic data entry Follow-up mail and email correspondence Performing account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests Accurately explaining the terms and conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account Preparing reports, including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1+ year of consecutive Customer Service Experience Call Center experience is not required, but it is a plus 1+ year of experience working with a computer system Proficient data entry skills Positive demeanor and excellent Customer Service Skills Strong attendance history and reliable transportation High School Diploma or GED We also prefer candidates with: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Benefits and Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being and financial security of our employees.
