Assist members with any questions or concerns they may have, resolving issues promptly and escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met. Close out the shift for the business day, including creating an accurate bank deposit for the next day, to ensure seamless financial operations. Contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of member accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, for tasks such as restocking supplies or moving equipment. Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals during your shift, for which proper training and protective equipment will be provided.
