Key Responsibilities:Performing procure to pay (P2P) accounting postings for assigned Welltech Group entitiesP2P Accounts maintaining and reconciling (e.g. supplier accounts, bank statements, bank payments processing, intercompany reconciliations)Preparing monthly financial reports, under the supervision of team membersAssisting with annual audit preparationsCollaborating with other departments to address and resolve issuesPerforming other P2P accounting duties and supporting P2P accounting colleaguesRequired skillsHigher education in accounting or last years’ studentInitial P2P accounting experienceAccounting experience in international company - strong benefitStrong willingness to learn new thingsHigh level of attention to detailsEnglish knowledge – minimum upper-intermediateGood communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of Workday system – nice to havePolish accounting knowledge would be beneficialCandidate journey: ⭕️ Recruiter call --> ⭕️ Meet the Hiring Manager --> ⭕️ Skills interview--> ⭕️ Meet the leadership team✨ Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech:Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
