Currently, we have an opportunity for aConstruction/Municipal Survey Crew Chief – Regina, SKwho, ideally, has experience in the both Construction and Municipal Survey sectors and has the desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company. The Work:Legal surveys of subdivisions, condominiums, development permit applications, and real property reportsConstruction survey layout of building foundations Survey facilities, layouts, piles, and grading Willing and able to travel out of town when the need arisesWork is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditionsFollow safety protocolProvide guidance and mentorship to survey assistantsPrepare clear, concise, and accurate field notes, records, and calculationsWhat you bring to the table:Strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to COREA desire for excellence in all that you doStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to liaise with clientsCreativityA degree/diploma from a technical college in GeomaticsExperience leading a survey crewExperience performing precise layout and control surveysExperience working on industrial and commercial construction sitesIf you feel that this is the right challenge for you, and you meet these qualifications, please respond by sending your resume and cover letter in Word or .pdf format to this ad.
