Develop and optimize JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions to support business operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Jira solutions. Minimum QualificationsStrong experience with Jira administration and development, with a focus on Jira Cloud. Proficiency in JQL and hands-on experience with Jira ITSM configuration. Preferred: experience migrating from Jira on-premise to cloud, including workflows and data. Familiarity with Atlassian Access and a basic understanding of Active Directory and access controls. Experience with Jira REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript for custom development. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (CEFR C2 or equivalent), with strong documentation and stakeholder engagement.
