We are looking for someone to: • Gain broad exposure to the WoodmenLife organization by meeting weekly with the Internship Cohort, collectively with Executive Leadership, and one-on-one with leaders at the division level. • Summarize and present capstone presentation of the internship experience including project accomplishments, skill development, and key learnings. • Serve as a key member of the Agile intern team through the Systems Test Engineer role. • Learn to create detailed and effective test cases based on business and technical requirements to validate delivered functionality. • Apply strong attention to detail to ensure that development outputs meet expected results and quality standards. • Gain hands-on experience performing various types of testing, including functional, functional integration, and regression testing, to support system reliability and performance. • Explore foundational concepts in test automation, including writing and executing automated test scripts using relevant tools and technologies. • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies and practices that enhance test automation and overall QA efficiency. • Collaborate with business units and development teams to support testing activities and manage test data for accurate and meaningful results. • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, or other documentation to communicate the outcomes and impact of quality assurance activities to stakeholders. • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to deliver high-quality software in a collaborative environment. We Need Someone Who Has: • Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college with area of study in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields • Must have a 3.5 or higher GPA • Ability to work 38.75 hours per week • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively while working collaboratively. • Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office • The ability to provide seamless, trustworthy, attentive and resourceful (S. T. A.
