Key Responsibilities Lead by Example: Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience, modeling, training, and coaching expectations to deliver the service standard. Drive Fulfillment Goals: Understand your role in supporting sales growth and how your departments and team contribute to and impact total store profitability. Workload Planning: Utilize workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload, ensuring all orders are fulfilled to meet delivery and service standards. Process Improvements: Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve, creating intra-day workload optimization plans for your team. Talent Development: Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions, develop a guest-centric team, and lead team onboarding and learning. Operational Efficiency: Lead and coach the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all fulfillment processes, closing knowledge and skill gaps through training and experiences.
