Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As an Account Developer Relief Professional, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of commercial plans across your assigned account base. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing and selling to an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes, generating sales orders based on assigned delivery frequencies to ensure day-to-day operational success and contribute to the company's financial performance in terms of revenue, volume, and gross profit. Executing applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to achieve excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned customers. Maximizing operational efficiencies by writing productive orders that meet drop size goals, minimizing shrink and out-of-date products, ensuring compliance with routing schedules, and ensuring that ordered products are accepted by customers. Demonstrating aggressive and effective selling acumen and demeanor to sell-in contractual agreements, promotions, innovation products, and distribution principles. Communicating effectively with various levels within the company and with customers, understanding different buyer types and thinking styles to maximize effectiveness. Identifying and communicating competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business and executing all job duties in a safe working manner. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED; secondary education beyond high school is preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and management. High initiative and a willingness to learn, with a career-minded and competitive nature. A strong foundation in Microsoft Office Applications. A valid driver's license, as 90% of the role involves market travel, with 10% home office work and substantial day travel and mileage.
