A day in the life:As a Landing Page Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in executing and optimizing high-performing landing pages that drive real business results across lead generation, paid media, and eCommerce campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior strategists, paid media teams, lifecycle marketers, account managers, and creatives to support the day-to-day management of our clients’ landing page programs. This includes strategic planning, copywriting, QA, stakeholder communication, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role ideal for someone with a passion for conversion strategy, digital marketing, and performance design. You’ll gain deep hands-on experience across the entire landing page lifecycle while helping execute and grow one of our most impactful service lines. Responsibilities:Client Execution Project ManagementOwn the execution of landing page deliverables across strategy, copywriting, design feedback, development handoff, QA, and launchServe as the primary day-to-day contact for internal teams and assist with client communication when neededTranslate paid media strategy and campaign briefs into high-converting landing page experiencesWork within structured workflows and project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track deliverables and meet timelinesCollaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Lifecycle, Creative, and Development teams to align messaging, offers, and user experienceLanding Page Strategy OptimizationAssist in developing and refining landing page strategies that align with funnel stages and campaign goalsConduct CRO audits, scroll map/click map reviews, and post-launch performance analysis to surface insights and optimizationsSupport A/B testing strategy creation, execution, and reportingApply best practices in messaging hierarchy, user experience, and mobile-first designMaintain knowledge of platform and ad network guidelines (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)Content QA SupportDraft or refine landing page copy tailored to target personas, offers, and funnel stageReview landing pages for accuracy, responsiveness, and proper integration with forms, calendars, pixels, and CRMsWork with developers and creative teams to ensure pages meet quality standards prior to launchConduct device and browser testing to validate performance and mobile usabilityCollaboration Growth EnablementWork alongside the Managing Director to operationalize best practices and document repeatable workflowsHelp maintain and improve internal tools such as audit templates, performance trackers, and testing roadmapsContribute to ongoing training and resource development for internal teams and freelancersProactively identify areas for improvement across design, process, messaging, or reportingRole Requirements:3+ years of experience in CRO or running Landing Page projects (agency experience preferred).. Portfolio of work examples with proven resultsExperience working with Landing Page CRM platforms: Unbounce, Hubspot, Marketo, etcExperience working with design platforms like FigmaExperience with user behavior tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, etcKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Implement AI-driven automation 50%+ of landing page workflows.
