Job Overview As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a Locker+ location, assisting customers with their packages, and providing top-notch customer service. You will work in a designated retail location, which could be a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience when picking up or returning their packages, and you will achieve this by being knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, using technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders, and receiving truck deliveries. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery Assist customers with questions they may have, providing timely and accurate solutions Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to Amazon's high standards Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receive truck deliveries, ensuring that packages are handled and stored correctly Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also need to be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
