Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience of at least 5 years in supply chain management, with a track record of successful process optimization and team leadership. In-depth understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make informed decisions under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a similar industry or sector. Knowledge of lean principles and six sigma methodologies. Experience with supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP, CRM, and TMS. Strong project management skills and experience with project planning and execution.
