About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of CVS Health, providing exceptional support to our members by answering questions about their pharmacy benefit plans. Your role will be crucial in helping individuals understand their coverage and options, simplifying their healthcare experience, and delivering heart-driven service that sets us apart. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from members, addressing inquiries about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions. Provide accurate and timely solutions to member concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive experience. Utilize your knowledge and skills to simplify complex healthcare information, empowering members to make informed decisions about their care. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, pharmacy benefits, and CVS Health's services. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, client-facing environment, or related field (e.g., hospitality, military). Proficiency in Windows-based applications and a strong foundation in computer skills.
