What we're looking for: Humata Health Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer II to join our Payer Automations team, building healthcare process automation technology that streamlines payer interactions with provider systems. You'll work with experienced engineers to design and develop applications that automate complex healthcare workflows and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you'll support the development of technologies that automate payer processes through API integrations and RPA tools. Your technical focus will include TypeScript development, database work with SQL, frontend development with Vue.js, and automation using TypeScript and RPA tools. As a Software Engineer II, you'll accelerate our Payer Automations team's development capabilities while taking ownership of feature development that directly impacts healthcare operations and patient outcomes. Location: Winter Park, FL - Hybrid or Remote, US✅ ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & MaintenanceDesign & develop frontend and backend applicationsWrite clean, well-documented code following team standardsLead API development and integration projectsTake ownership of feature development from requirements to deploymentCollaboration & ProcessCollaborate with team members on development tasksParticipate in code reviews to improve your skills and knowledgeParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planningDocument code, processes, and technical decisionsDebug and fix issues in existing applications. Specifically, debugging stack traces and web application debug tools. Mentor junior developers and participate in technical decision-making Role RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field or equivalent experience2-4 years of professional software development experienceProficiency in TypeScript for frontend and automation developmentExperience designing and optimizing database queries and schemasExperience with API design and integration patternsUnderstanding of automation frameworks and RPA toolsFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)Knowledge of software development life cycleStrong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learnGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentAttention to detail and commitment to code qualityLearn about cloud technologies and assist with implementationsStay current with emerging technologies through continuous learning⭐Preferred Experience & Skills:Familiarity with C# and .
