Job Summary As a Full Stack Customer Experience Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing global, multi-stage, and multi-item customer experiences for Apple's services, including Apple Music, Apple Arcade, Apple TV+, Apple News, and more. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative customer experiences that drive engagement and loyalty. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute global, multi-stage, and multi-item customer experiences for Apple's services * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute innovative customer experiences * Design and develop user interfaces, user experiences, and visual designs for various stages and use cases * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors * Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions * Develop and maintain a portfolio of work that showcases your design skills and experience * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and user experience * Collaborate with other designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless execution of designs * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Apple's brand and design principles Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in a design role, with a focus on customer experience and user-centered design * Proven track record of designing and developing successful customer experiences across various stages and use cases * Strong understanding of user experience principles, human-centered design, and design thinking * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions * Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field * Experience working with cloud-based services and applications * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems * Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience with design systems and style guides * Strong understanding of accessibility principles and best practices Skills and Competencies * Strong understanding of user experience principles and human-centered design * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex problems * Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision * Strong understanding of cloud-based services and applications * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems * Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Strong understanding of accessibility principles and best practices Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Apple, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
