We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer Offshore to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the world. As a Customer Service Officer Offshore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers located in Singapore. You will assist them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support via email, live chat, and phone calls. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive experience with our brand. Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistanceTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our productsEnsure timely and effective communication with customersCollaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvementsMaintain thorough knowledge of our products, promotions, and company policiesRequirementsFluent in both English (Both written and speaking)Previous experience in customer service or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work well under pressureAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficient in using customer service software and toolsReliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setupData Entry and ManagementSocial Media Moderation is a plus.
