Requirements • Prior experience in a call center environment, especially in lead generation and outbound sales. • A background in sales, providing skills in communication and customer relationship management. • Demonstrated success in converting leads, ideally within a call center or outbound sales setting. • Strong ability to assess client needs and connect them with appropriate products or services. • Exceptional verbal communication skills to engage prospects effectively. • Proven ability to handle objections confidently and close sales. • A history of meeting or exceeding lead conversion targets. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment. • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while achieving high conversion rates. Nice-to-haves • 5+ years in a customer service role. • Bilingual abilities are a plus. • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking and managing leads. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. • Experience in handling outbound calls. • Knowledge of company offerings and lead-generation strategies.
