This is one of those companies you want to get in now! Your manager: You will report to the Senior Sales admin, a wealth of experience for you to learn from and will support you on your journey. Your team: A great mix of personalities, they are very close-knit, work hard, but have a lot of fun too. Currently in the team > National Sales BDM, 2 x account managers, 2 x sales administrators (inc you) and a senior sales admin + relief support officer. What do you do? This role is all about precision, pace, and process. You'll be the engine behind the sales team, keeping systems up to date and enabling smooth quoting and customer communications. Manage data relating to customers in the system Act as key support to Account Managers and the Business Development Manager with the preparation of sales quotes/rates for customers and other presentations or communications. Liaise with Operations departments Ensure that all the numbers, the changing rates are updated to ensure accuracy Why This Role Is Unique: This isn’t cookie-cutter admin. Must-haves: Strong Data entry experience! Preferably in a sales coordinator or sales & operations-based environment. Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills and data entry - must love problem-solving and analytics! Background in data entry, admin, customer service, accounts or coordination in complex environments (logistics, transport, construction, manufacturing, etc.) Nice to haves: Ideally, you have previous sales admin/Data Entry experience within transport and logistics or sales team Would be amazing if you have experience using Translogix!
