Job Overview and Responsibilities In this full-time remote position, you will play a vital role in coordinating customer property returns for paid repair or warranty, ensuring seamless communication with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel. Your primary objective will be to drive customer satisfaction by managing repairs, resolving issues, and implementing proactive programs that meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Managing repairs from customer/channel request through delivery, ensuring timely and efficient processing Requesting and entering required information to execute repairs, adhering to established processes and protocols Prioritizing repairs with repair technicians to meet schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Leading problem-resolution activities, addressing capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds Completing repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing to customers Supporting activities that meet KPIs, including delivery, revenue, safety, quality, and integrity Running reports, reviewing datasets, and recommending process changes to improve KPI delivery Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals Supporting other roles or tasks as requested by management Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience, and/or demonstrated accomplishments Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Proficiency in running reports, reviewing datasets, and analyzing data to inform process improvements Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Experience in a remote or virtual work environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools Knowledge of logistics, manufacturing, or repair operations Certifications or training in customer service, administration, or a related field Proficiency in multiple languages Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Kyyba, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
