We are currently looking for a Strategy Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you will accelerate value creation from existing initiatives via deep analytical skills/strategic problem-solving to remove roadblocks/establish enablers and define incremental initiatives to bridge value gaps. As a Strategy Analyst, your duties and responsibilities will include:Initiative accelerantsIdentify gaps between existing transformation initiatives and budget / long-range plan targetsDiagnose major roadblocks to initiatives, find root causes and design plans to addressCross-departmental Initiative EnablersPartner with initiative owners to understand success factors and critical enablersIdentify and establish cross-initiative, organization-level enablers (e.g., change management, analytics)Incremental InitiativesIdentify opportunities, over and above current initiatives, to realize and surpass annual targetsValidate, quantify, and define implementation plan before handing over execution to an initiative leadProgram strategic reviewRisk assessment of the overall value creation planProactively identify ways to continuously improve existing transformation program and to mitigate its risksWHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:Required experience5+ years of experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm8+ years of relevant experience and career progressionStructured problem solving & strong analytical skillsStructure ambiguous problems and take action to solve themSynthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methodsProvide actionable insights and modeling to improve strategy and performanceDevelop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to measure against KPIs and market dynamicsCreate models capturing the value proposition that drives clear ROI to customers and businessesAbility to navigate ambiguous problem contexts and identify relevant issues/resolutions through a structured processExcellent quantitative skills and data driven decision making capabilitiesStrong analytical toolsetFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)Stakeholder ManagementProven experience in complex programmatic change leadership, with the ability to run multiple transformational programs simultaneously and deliver high-quality results and business valueStrong executive communication / presenceAbility to clearly articulate insights (verbal & written)Prepare comprehensive reports in coordination with the rest of the Transformation team and presentations summarizing the status of transformation initiatives, including key milestones, achievements, and challengesPresent findings to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvementUnwavering focus on results while creating strong relationshipsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyTrack-record of academic rigorBachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field at a leading universityBONUS POINTS FOR:Telecom experienceUnderstands wireline telco financials and driversFamiliar with telco operations and associated KPIsUnderstanding of US fiber marketWHY JOIN US?
