Position OverviewWe're seeking a dynamic Solution Consulting Partnership Leader to drive channel sales growth through strategic partnerships with service firms that implement Campfire for their clients. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling our partner ecosystem, focusing on accounting firms, ERP consultants, and system integrators who serve mid-size tech companies. Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & StrategyIdentify, recruit, and onboard high-value service partners including accounting firms, ERP implementation consultants, and financial advisory practicesDevelop comprehensive partner enablement programs and go-to-market strategies for service firmsCreate tiered partnership structures with clear incentives and support levelsBuild long-term strategic relationships with C-level executives at partner organizationsSolution Consulting & Technical EnablementLead technical discovery sessions with prospects alongside partner teamsProvide solution architecture guidance for complex ERP migrations and implementationsDevelop custom demonstration scenarios showcasing Campfire's AI capabilities and integration optionsSupport partners in positioning Campfire against legacy ERPs (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, etc.)Sales Execution & Revenue GrowthOwn channel sales targets and revenue goals through partner-driven opportunitiesCollaborate with partners on joint sales calls, proposals, and client presentationsManage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical in ERP purchasing decisionsDevelop and execute account-based marketing strategies with key partnersPartner Enablement & TrainingDesign and deliver comprehensive training programs on Campfire's platform capabilitiesCreate sales tools, battle cards, and technical resources for partner teamsEstablish certification programs for partner consultants and implementation specialistsProvide ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycleMarket DevelopmentRepresent Campfire at industry conferences, partner events, and trade showsCollaborate with marketing on co-branded content, case studies, and thought leadershipGather market intelligence and competitive insights from partner feedbackContribute to product roadmap discussions based on partner and client requirementsRequired QualificationsExperience & Background5+ years of experience in the ERP implementation or accounting advisory industry, with a preference for experience in partner/channel salesProven track record selling ERP, financial software, or related enterprise solutionsExperience working with accounting firms, consulting practices, or system integratorsSuccessful history of building and scaling partner programs from the ground upTechnical & Industry KnowledgeDeep understanding of ERP implementation processes and migration challengesKnowledge of accounting and financial management software landscapeFamiliarity with modern SaaS architecture, APIs, and integration capabilitiesUnderstanding of compliance requirements and audit processes for mid-market companiesSkills & CompetenciesExceptional presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex solution designProven ability to manage multiple, concurrent complex sales cyclesExperience with CRM systems and partner portal managementComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentPreferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldPrevious experience at a high-growth SaaS company ($10M+ ARR)Background in accounting, finance, or ERP consultingExisting relationships within the ERP implementation or accounting services ecosystemExperience with AI/ML-powered business applicationsTrack record of exceeding quota in enterprise or mid-market salesSuccess MetricsPartner-driven revenue growth and attainment of quarterly/annual targetsNumber of qualified partners recruited and successfully onboardedPartner engagement metrics and program participation ratesPipeline generation and conversion rates through partner channelsCustomer satisfaction scores for partner-led implementationsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commission structureEquity participation in a fast-growing, well-funded startupComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsFlexible PTO and remote work optionsProfessional development budget and conference attendanceOpportunity to shape the future of financial technology for growing companies Apply to this Job
