Job Summary The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for all FedEx Office positions, working closely with hiring managers and colleagues to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Work closely with FedEx Office hiring managers and colleagues to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate with the selection representative to develop a comprehensive recruitment plan tailored to the recognized market and staffing needs. Collaborate with colleagues and recruitment specialists to ensure timely and efficient processing of job orders through the suitable channels. Partner with the selection representative to identify top candidates for open positions and present them to the recruiting manager. Lead prescreen interviews of top candidates as required. Champion internal growth and development by working closely with managers and administrators to identify and develop talent within the organization. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with established organizational policies and procedures, including the preparation of employment documents, verification of historical records, drug screening, and motivation ensures. Provide local-level reporting and collaborate with the business on evaluations of current openings and recruitment activity for open positions. Execute diversity recruitment drives. Support supervisor-led team member onboarding and mentor/train recruiting managers on interview skills and recruitment practices. Perform other duties as required or necessary. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field. High-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities. Ability to recognize obstacles and develop solutions for complex issues. For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office business requirements in effect at the time of hiring. For current FedEx Office employees, must meet recruitment standards for the position and move requirements as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
