The primary responsibility of the Identity Security Services Engineer is to assist customers in implementations of CyberArk’s products. In performing this responsibility, the Identity Security Services Engineer will be assigned with multiple simultaneous implementations in various parts of the country. In addition, the position requires providing technical support activities and managing technical relationships with customers. The Identity Security Services Engineer will report to Director, Security Services. Responsibilities:Lead implementations and onboarding engagements with customersAssist customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans and timelinesHelp maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for growthCollaborate in the ongoing development of training materials and curriculaCollaborate with the team on consulting and development activitiesSupport the Security Services team by assisting with technical escalations support dutiesCollaborate with other CyberArk departments to ensure coordination and completion of all additional implementation-related tasksPotential for nationwide travel up to 10% (at employee discretion)Prior 5+ years of experience in a technical / implementation role deploying enterprise softwareExperience with Workflow Automation tools (Workato, Tray.io, Zapier, etc)Experience with programming / scripting (java, python, PowerShell)Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAUTH, OIDC)Security+ or CISSP is nice to haveBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar fieldPrior 2+ years of experience working with CyberArk productsDemonstrable knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture conceptDemonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibilitiesAbility to keep track of numerous detail-intensive tasks and ensure accurate completionAbility to train technical users and conduct technical presentationsExperience with Windows and UNIX operating systemsExceptional written and verbal communications skillsExperience with HRIS systems (Workday, UKG, ADP)Experience with Azure/O365CyberArk is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $132,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
