Job Summary We're looking for a seasoned Creative Operations Coordinator with a passion for operational process optimization, workflow efficiency, and innovative tool implementation. As a key member of our Marcom LA Team, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our marketing tools, identifying blockers, and improving overall functionality. Key Responsibilities Tool and System Management: Thoroughly understand tool and system business requirements, reading through documentation to provide feedback and deliver project priorities. Project Tracking and Issue Management: Manage project tracking, issue flagging, and functionality missing, ensuring seamless execution of marketing projects. Team and User Feedback Consolidation: Effectively consolidate team and user feedback and input on associated applications, driving continuous improvement. Feature and Functionality Development: Proactively contribute to building out upcoming features and/or functionality for live tool(s) and/or website(s), foreseeing potential issues and concerns. Self-Teaching and Investigation: Take initiative to investigate and self-teach when encountering unknown topics or functionality within a platform or tool. Stakeholder Coordination: Work across Marcom and with external stakeholders to provide technical and logistic support for onsite and external creative content reviews. Essential Qualifications Background Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a coordinator role, such as ad operations/media trafficking, tools coordinator, or CMS manager-based role. Marketing and Advertising Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative services organization. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apple suite of tools and external platforms such as WorkFront and AirTable. Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent listener and note-taker with the ability to adhere to tracking of key project milestones, deadlines, and statuses. Highly organized with an aptitude for multi-tasking while staying focused on the priority task at hand. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies or gaps in tool/application performance functionality. Can-Do Attitude: A 'can-do' attitude for all situations, with no task too big or too small to handle. Independence: Ability to work under minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms. Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks. Data Analysis and Reporting: Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
