About The RoleWe're looking for mission-driven medical billers who care about creating positive impact, love solving challenging problems, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person will help focus on payment posting remits to our system. What you'll do:Analyze EOBs and post manual paymentsIdentify payers with payment posting issuesAccurately correct payment posting errorsInvestigate payment issues while addressing outstanding payment discrepancies and denials to expedite resolutionDocument all payment-related activities and communications thoroughly and accurately. What we’re looking for:2+ years experience with revenue cycle management and billing for commercial and Medicaid plans (especially in the autism space) with payment postingStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExperience working with all commercial and government payor portalsKnowledge of the denials, and correctionsMinimum availability of 35 hours/week during core business hoursThis role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityCamber is based in New York City, and we prioritize in-person and hybrid candidates.
