About The RoleAs a Data Analyst you create and share daily, monthly, and annual reports with relevant teams, enabling clear visibility into operational performance. You monitor real-time KPIs across districts, hubs, and drivers, and build automated reporting systems to streamline performance tracking. By developing tailored reports and propensity models, you address team-specific needs and provide actionable insights. You analyze both ongoing and past campaigns, interpret their results, and deliver data-driven recommendations to guide operational teams and solve performance-related challenges. Responsibilities To create, analyze and share daily, monthly and annual reports with relevant unitsInstant monitoring of performance reports on the basis of districts, hub, and driver and to create automatic reports for performance parametersCreating useful reporting, propensity models for the needs of the teams, evaluation of reporting requests and producing solutionsInterpreting the analysis of the periodic and current campaigns and reporting them to the relevant unitsTo make analyzes that guide the operation teams and solve operation's problems Expected Qualifications Graduation from Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering facultiesAt least 3 years of experience in analysis and reportingPreferably with work experience in the logistics, distribution and e-commerce sectorsExperienced in the use of SQL and Python or similar reporting tool ( pref. Looker & Big Query, Data Studio)Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge)Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
