Your compensation will be determined by your location, experience, and other job-related factors. Responsibilities As an Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership, your responsibilities will include: Proactively managing calendar appointments in multiple time zones for multiple VPs Accommodating last-minute changes and urgent business needs as required Setting the approach for how the VPs spend their time and proactively managing the calendar based on strategy and priorities Actively flagging and problem-solving constraints, ensuring read-ahead materials are provided when required Coordinating and performing monthly activities, including consolidating organization charts and feedback compilation Managing travel arrangements and providing detailed itineraries, including hotel arrangements and meetings Arranging and managing meetings, including scheduling conference rooms and coordinating logistics Assisting in tracking team expenditure and monitoring T&E and budget Assisting with recruitment for the team, including scheduling interviews and associated tasks Assisting in preparing select PowerPoint presentations Performing other related projects and duties as requested Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Strong experience in providing support remotely to a geographically dispersed team Proven ability to collaborate with a broad range of contacts and personalities – internal and external Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Education Requirements We're looking for candidates with a relevant educational background in a related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential. Experience Requirements Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is required.
