About the Role: Remote Payroll Analyst Associate We're seeking an experienced Remote Payroll Analyst Associate to join our team in supporting payroll operations for our 250,000+ partners across the United States and Canada. As a Payroll Analyst Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payment to our partners, following best practices, and supporting technology enhancements. You'll also have the opportunity to provide training to other team members and contribute to the success of our payroll processing objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist payroll analysts in processing payroll for U. S. and Canada, including payments requiring special processing, bonus payouts, correction of hours, and validating and mailing off-cycle payments. Review, edit, and monitor various payroll forms and miscellaneous employee deductions into the payroll system, including wage attachments and withholding certificates. Support the team in accomplishing the organization's payroll processing objectives, ensuring timely and accurate payment to partners. Apply knowledge of business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities. Balance multiple priorities, effectively manage time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Mentor and train peers to enhance team performance and capabilities. Essential and Preferred Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: Preferred experience in multi-state payroll processing, with a strong understanding of Federal/State/Local or Provincial labor payroll, garnishment, and tax law. Foundational understanding of payroll concepts, including garnishments, bonus payments, and special payments. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and provide solutions. Basic skills in payroll systems (specifically SAP), accounting systems (specifically Oracle), and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.). Emerging analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology and support process improvements.
