The RoleWe’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join our One@Work (Earned Wage Access) team and help lead marketing efforts across lifecycle, cross-sell, and product launches. This role is focused on building and scaling high-impact marketing strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and growth within ONE@Work and seamlessly connect those users to the broader OnePay ecosystem, and drive strategy and execution for key communications that impact millions of customers. Experience in early wage access is helpful but not required—we’re looking for a sharp, autonomous PMM who can drive outcomes, navigate complexity, and get things done! Design and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.) that activate and retain users throughout their lifecycle journeyDevelop and execute cross-sell strategies across our EWA, credit, and lending productsPartner with product, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing ops to launch and scale communicationsDefine communication strategy and manage execution for key initiatives, including product launches and promotional campaignsWork closely with external partners (e.g., Walmart) to align on marketing placements and drive adoptionAnalyze messaging performance and refine the communications framework to continually improve effectiveness and impact across customer touchpointsDeeply understand the customer journey and identify friction points and opportunities for value reinforcementOwn the content and messaging strategies across lifecycle stages, aligning to brand voice and business objectivesTrack and report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness, regularly sharing performance updates and next-step recommendationsYou Bring4-7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in finance, fintech, or financial servicesHands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targetingProven experience developing and executing A/B tests, experiments, and iteration roadmapsExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills; you’ve worked closely with Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, and Ops teams. Ability to think both strategically and tactically, comfortable owning big ideas and rolling up your sleeves to executeAbility to operate in the gray.
