Summary:Anaconda is seeking a talented Senior Analytics Engineer to join our internal Data & Analytics team. You will be working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to gather requirements and translate them into a data product. Analytics engineers provide clean data sets to end users, modeling data in a way that empowers end users to answer their own questions. What You’ll Do:Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of data from various sources. Develop and maintain dbt data models, including star and snowflake schemas, to support analytics and reporting needs. Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Implement data quality and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Optimize and improve existing data pipelines for performance and scalability. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions. Assist in the development and maintenance of our data warehouse and data lake infrastructure. The base salary range for this role is $174,000 - $226,500 for candidates in New York City and San Francisco, and $130,500 - $192,500 for other US-based team members, along with annual bonus potential, equity participation, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
