Collaborate with Product Owners to review and analyze business and functional requirements and design documents for sound testing strategiesResponsible for testing of a product, including writing the test plans and test cases, writing automation scripts, and testing the complete application from the UI through to the backendPerform detailed cross-browser/cross-device testing, browser-based testing, mobile testingMaintain requirements traceability with test case coverageFacilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics and provide go/no go recommendationReview software and production issues as they occur for a holistic analysis of the impacts and possible causesCreate, execute, and document test plans and test cases for manual and automation efforts (UAT, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, Beta, Smoke), ensuring required coverage. Design, develop and maintain test automation framework and test scripts by collaborating with the development/QA leadership team. Provide technical direction and approaches to the QA team.3+ years as a professional Quality Assurance Analyst testing (6+ years if no University degree) applications with high volume and high-reliability requirementsAbility to work effectively with little supervision and strong attention to detail in a team environmentAptitude for learning new technologies; supported by solid problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work well with a variety of people with varying technical skill setsAbility to leverage experience to deliver reliable and repeatable testsBroad understanding of quality engineering principles and test methodologiesAbility to contribute to a vision of the future state of testing by troubleshooting hardware and software issues2+ Years of test automation experience using Behavior Driven Development tools, Selenium, Jmeter, JavaScript and source code control tools. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)3+ years of experience in functional, integration or system testing web-based applications desired3+ years of experience developing and executing regression, smoke, functional and performance automated tests.
