Key Responsibilities As an Overnight Member Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to inquiries and requests from members in a professional and courteous manner Providing detailed information about our products and services, including account management, transactions, and advisory services Handling transactions related to various accounts, such as savings, checking, loans, and credit cards Advising members on additional products and services that may suit their needs, while ensuring optimal customer service Managing a high call volume of 80-100+ calls daily, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency Navigating multiple systems and engagement methods, including computer software and data entry systems Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of recent customer service experience in a call center, collections, or banking environment (preferred) Strong customer service skills, with a willingness to assist others and provide exceptional support Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally Strong computer literacy and data entry/typing skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, with a flexible schedule and 6-day availability Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a financial institution or banking environment Knowledge of financial products and services, including account management and transactions Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse customer groups Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a flexible schedule and 6-day availability Strong computer literacy and data entry/typing skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods Career Growth and Development Opportunities At TEKsystems, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for professional development and advancement.
