DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Tier 1 Technical Product Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide support for our complex products, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. While you'll be part of a collaborative team, you must also be independent, responsible, and accountable in managing customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, proactive problem-solving and a courteous approach are essential, as is the ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge. ResponsibilitiesProvide Bright Data's customers with timely and accurate technical support, while handling high volume of technical customer inquiries, by phone and by email. Independently understand and solve technical problems using internal documentation. Clarify problem solutions to customers and provide them with the best workflows. Interact with other departments to clarify issues and escalate them when required. RequirementsPast experience in a similar role. Basic programming knowledge of JavaScript and HTML (Python or other languages - an advantage). Strong technical skills and orientation, including the ability to read technical documentation and troubleshoot issues. Excellent and effective spoken & written business communication skills in order to participate in calls with global company customers.
