Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service and one (1) year of experience in a call center environment. Proficiency with technology, especially computers and software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Proper telephone etiquette, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Effective listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently with minimal supervision.
