What You’ll DoCompensation Strategy & AdministrationLead monthly and quarterly compensation modeling to ensure timely, accurate physician payAdminister compensation plans in alignment with contracts, policies, and regulatory standardsManage the physician compensation inbox and track updates using tools like SmartsheetServe as a key contact for physician pay inquiries and issue resolutionSupport internal Physician Support Services and ensure timely resolutionAnalytics & Power BI ReportingDesign and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize compensation trends and insightsConduct ad hoc analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadershipEnsure data integrity, security, and user access within Power BICreate and deliver training materials for leaders and end usersProgram Development & Market AnalysisLead compensation projects from market analysis to implementationBenchmark roles, analyze survey data, and recommend pay adjustmentsSupport annual compensation budgeting and executive reportingParticipate in compensation surveys and apply findings to internal structuresWhat You’ll BringRequired:Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Finance, or related field)2+ years of experience in HR, finance, analytics, or healthcare operationsStrong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional teamPreferred:Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, or other HRIS/analytics platformsKnowledge of physician compensation models, compliance, and incentive structuresStrong communication skills—written, visual, and verbalSince 1954, Texas Children’s has been leading the charge in patient care, education and research to accelerate health care for children and women around the world.
