Job Highlights Position: Sr Logistics Analyst Location: Remote (with option for hybrid work arrangement) Company: Workwarp Compensation: Competitive salary ($20 - $30/hour) Start Date: Immediate openings available Job Description As a Sr Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Last Mile bundle gauging and carrier capacity quantification. Your primary goal will be to align carrier package capacity with digital transportation to-home interest plans and drive operational excellence through accurate package volume projections down to the lowest level of granularity. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong critical thinking skills, the ability to use data to inform decisions, and excellent collaboration and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Support Last Mile bundle gauging and carrier capacity quantification Align carrier package capacity with digital transportation to-home interest plans Drive operational excellence through accurate package volume projections Collaborate with functional teams, network planning and S&OP teams, carrier partners, and other HQ and field groups Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines Qualifications and Skills To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of data analysis experience or relevant equivalent experience Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software in a large-scale, complex business environment Experience working with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Hive Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to take ownership and drive results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in distribution or transportation Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles Experience with predictive modeling and data mining techniques Certification in logistics or a related field (e.g. CLTD, CSCP) Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At Workwarp, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
