You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions, and resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of American Express products, services, and policies to provide informed support and document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department as needed. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of American Express products, services, and policies to provide informed support. Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Performance Goals: Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional tone. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
