Clip and Screener Requests: Assist with fulfilling clip and screener requests from internal and external partners, maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail. Guidelines and Procedures: Develop and update documentation outlining video guidelines and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across the team. Press Email Drafts: Prepare drafts for press emails, collaborating with the wider team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Client List Management: Create and maintain lists of clients with access to various platforms, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Equipment Management: Inventory and track video equipment, ensuring resources are readily available for team members. Awards and Recognition: Coordinate tracking and submissions for industry awards and internal recognition programs. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
