Success in this role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams to enhance technical operations. What You’ll Do Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and peripheralsManage macOS workstations including provisioning, patching, and imagingConfigure and manage network devices (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless APs)Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes (accounts, devices, access control)Maintain and optimize our endpoint management system, ensuring devices are compliant, secure, and consistently operationalProvide responsive technical support to our team members, quickly diagnosing and resolving issues for both in-office and remote employeesTroubleshoot all IT-related topics and in-depth research to find the best technical solutionsMaintaining comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and business continuityMaintain an organized and updated inventory of IT equipment and software licensesDocument IT procedures, solutions, configurations, and changesOrder/procure equipment, maintain vendor relationships, and inventory management for all IT hardware and software Partner with all business units and collaborate on projectsCommunicate effectively and concisely to the entire companyAnalyze existing processes, suggest and make improvements, and implement business processes where none existsWhat You'll BringExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent teamwork skills with flexibility to partner with many teams. Familiarity with macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android devices. Ability to administer G-Suite for day-to-day operationsCapable of managing AV hardware and software, including Google Meet and other video conferencing software. Strong knowledge of networking concepts (switching, firewalls, subnetting, wireless technologies, VPNs, LAN/WAN, etc.). Ability to lift 30 lbs over short to medium distances, carry light loads up and down stairs, crouching or crawling as the situation demands. Prior IT/helpdesk/customer service experience, particularly in an early-stage startup. Firm grasp of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, and PXEExpertise in procuring and maintaining physical computer infrastructureAbility to solve immediate problems while designing and prioritizing systemic solutionsExperience administering SaaS applications like Microsoft, Google Workspace, and Slack Apply to this Job
