Sr. Backend Fullstack Engineer

Salary: Negotiable Level: Senior (5–10 years of experience), Expert (10+ years of experience) Skills: Fullstack Engineering, ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL, Azure, . NET Tasks Focus on the backend of Client platform, while also traversing the stack to contribute to the frontend web (Hotwire) and mobile experiences. Design and implement systems and features that align with both business goals and end-user needs. Maintain, monitor, and optimize the performance and scalability of Client ’s core product and backend infrastructure. Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and security across all services. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve bugs or system issues as they arise in production. Continuously improve client's codebases, developer workflows, and internal tools for better efficiency and maintainability. Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to fully understand product requirements and assess the real-world impact of your work.
