Job Description: We’re looking for a fluent English-speaking sales chat closer to handle live chats and email inquiries during Pacific Standard Time (10AM–5PM). Your main job is to respond quickly and close warm inbound leads. These are people already interested in our products - your job is to convert them. This is not a passive role. If you’re not responsive or proactive, this isn’t the role for you. ️ Hours: Monday to Friday 10AM - 5PM PST (California time) Response Time Expectation: This is a high-intent role. You’ll be managing our live chat and Messenger channels during PST business hours (10 AM–5 PM PST). ⏱ Live responses must be sent within 30–60 seconds - slower replies significantly reduce conversion rates. If you can't respond that quickly, this role isn’t a fit. We’ll provide scripts and support - but speed, clarity, and follow-through are critical. This is not a passive customer service role; it’s about closing warm leads in real time. Compensation: Base pay: $500–$700/month (based on experience) Performance bonus: Commission per sale closed (to be discussed) Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to live chat and sales inquiries Engage warm leads and convert to paying customers Use provided scripts and objection handling (and improve them over time) Update lead tracking sheets or basic CRM entries Collaborate with our team to identify objections or improvements ✅ Requirements: Fluent English speaker with neutral or North American-friendly accent Strong written communication and grammar Prior sales/chat support experience Must be highly responsive and reliable during shift hours Comfortable working in tools like Slack, Aircall, Gorgias (or similar) Stable internet and professional environment Located in time zones compatible with PST working hours (Caribbean, Central/South America preferred) Please do NOT apply if: You are only looking for passive work or plan to multitask other jobs during this time You cannot maintain consistent 5-minute response times during your shift You’re based in time zones with a 12+ hour difference from PST To Apply: Please include the following: Your relevant experience in sales or customer service Where you're located Your available working hours in PST Why this role is a fit for you Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
